Pricing & Payment

We keep it simple.

We:

  • Deliver boxes and tape (if selected)
  • Collect your packed items
  • Store them safely
  • Bring them back when you need them

If you're returning to the same university town, redelivery is included.

Yes.

  • Minimum order value: £75
  • Minimum storage term: 4 weeks

To secure your collection date, we take a £25 reservation fee when you book.

After that, you can either:

  • Pay the rest on collection day (based on what we actually collect), or
  • Pay everything upfront at booking.

You only ever pay for what you store.

That's absolutely fine.

We count everything on collection day and adjust the total accordingly.

  • If you've paid upfront and store fewer items, we refund the difference.
  • If you store more, we simply add the extra items.

Just hand any unused boxes back to our driver.

Unreturned boxes are charged at £2.50 each, and unused tape at £2.50 per roll.

Yes, no problem.

Just enter "unknown" when booking and email us your address once you know it.

We just need your confirmed address at least 14 days before redelivery.

Packing

We'll contact you after booking to arrange delivery of your boxes and tape.

Yes please.

Write:

  • Your full name
  • Your booking reference number

This helps us keep everything organised and safe.

Yes.

They must be:

  • No bigger than 50cm x 50cm x 50cm
  • No heavier than 20kg
  • Strong enough for stacking and transport

If a box is too heavy or unsafe, we may ask you to adjust it before collection.

Yes.

  • 15kg for our standard box
  • 20kg for your own box, suitcase or other item

If you have something heavier, just contact us first.

Yes — but please pack them properly.

Original packaging is best.

All items are handled carefully, but liability is limited to £100 per item as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

For safety reasons, we can't accept:

  • Items in bin bags or laundry bags
  • Mirrors
  • Antiques
  • Hazardous or flammable items
  • Food or liquids
  • Plants or animals
  • Cash or high-value items
  • Illegal goods

If prohibited items cause damage, you may be responsible for costs.

Collection

Yes — just contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

We collect from:

  • University accommodation
  • Residential addresses

Just make sure your address and access details are accurate.

If our driver can't collect because:

  • The address is incorrect
  • Access isn't possible
  • No one is present

A £25 failed collection fee applies.

If the issue is on our side, you won't be charged.

Storage

Your items are stored securely in monitored warehouse facilities local to your university town.

For safety and insurance reasons, customers can't access storage during the storage period.

We handle your items with care.

Liability is limited to £100 per box/item, provided items are packed properly.

We recommend not storing high-value or irreplaceable items.

Delivery

We return to the ground floor of any residential address within the same university town as your original collection.

No problem.

Redelivery to a different town is treated as shipping and charged at:

  • £20 per item/box

Yes, subject to availability.

However, storage is charged for the full booked period and refunds can't be given for unused time.

If delivery can't be completed because:

  • The address is incorrect
  • Access isn't possible
  • No one is present

A £25 failed delivery fee applies.
